I Tried the Viral Pizza Caesar Wraps, and It’s the Best Use for Leftover Salad
These three-ingredient pizza Caesar wraps are a genius way to serve two meals in one.
Pizza night is something that my whole family looks forward to. I try to encourage them to eat veggies as well by offering side salads with dinner. My kids are still a little too young to be on board with salads, but I like it! That’s why when I spotted the viral pizza Caesar wraps on TikTok, I knew I had to give them a try.
You almost don’t even need a recipe to create this crisp, low-carb wrap that combines everything you love about pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad in one package. Essentially, you make a flexible, pepperoni-lined cheese crisp and then wrap it around your favorite store-bought or homemade Caesar salad.
You only need three ingredients, and the amounts are flexible depending on how many wraps you want to make and how big you want each one to be. The recipe below is what I used to make a single serving.
How to Make the Viral Pizza Caesar Wraps
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 6 pepperoni slices
- 1 cup prepared Caesar salad
Directions
Step 1: Prep the wrap

Spread the cheese in a thin, even, rectangular layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Bake them at 375° F for five to seven minutes until the cheese is golden.
Step 2: Fill the wrap

Allow the cheese wrap to cool slightly. It should still be flexible, but it should be cool enough to handle. Fill it with your favorite Caesar salad, then fold it up and enjoy it.

Here’s What I Thought
My favorite part about this viral hack is the crunch. The crispy cheese has a subtle bite around the edges, and the salad adds brightness and texture. While you can absolutely make these wraps without the pepperoni, I like that the meat added more flavor. This would be a great snack when you have leftover salad to use up and you want a fun way to repurpose it.
What other fillings would work in these wraps?
The idea of a pizza and salad combo is genius, but you can certainly riff on this concept to make other cheese wraps. Next time, I might try baking a Mexican cheese blend and thinly sliced chorizo, then filling it with sauteed peppers and onions for a fajita-inspired wrap. Or, instead of pepperoni, you could line the cheese with prosciutto and fill the wrap with a honeydew and arugula salad.
