The giant 48-ounce drink bucket took over the internet earlier this year. Now, it's back for a limited time.

Listen, there is nothing in the world I love more than a fun drink. Well, maybe I love my dog more—but fun drinks are a close second! Sure, winter gets a lot of the “cozy drink” spotlight, but I do think summer is the best time of year for beverages.

Every day, I rotate through iced coffee, matcha, sparkling waters and canned energy drinks. And as a certified beverage girlie, I loved finding out that Dunkin’ was dropping 21 new items on its spring menu.

The worst part of any delicious drink is when it’s gone, because I always want more. Which is why I was so pleased to see Dunkin’ release giant 48-ounce buckets earlier this year. Some people thought they were “ridiculous” and “too big” and to that I say: You’re wrong!

I missed my chance to nab one at the beginning of the year, but the brand just announced that its Dunkin’ buckets are coming back. Here’s everything we know about the drop.

When will the Dunkin’ buckets be available?

If you have plans to leave town for Memorial Day weekend, you might want to find the closest Dunkin’ during your trip. The Dunkin’ drink buckets will be available at participating stores nationwide beginning May 22.

But here’s the catch: This is an extremely limited drop. And by that, I mean that each Dunkin’ store will have only 25 buckets available. This might be the most exclusive drop in Dunkin’s history. If you have your heart set on a bucket, you will probably want to hit that drive-thru as early as possible on the morning of May 22.

How much do the Dunkin’ buckets cost?

The buckets cost $12.99, and you can fill them with any iced coffee or refresher that’s on the menu. This is a single-purchase item, so no, you cannot refill them. But you can use them for your own copycat iced Dunkalattes all summer long. Or, you can simply turn them into a fun beach bucket and use them to build sand castles.

And speaking of buckets, the brand teased another drop might be coming later this season, saying, “If you’re loving bucket season…let’s just say summer might have a few more surprises in store.” Hmm…could this mean the return of the viral Munchkin beach bucket? It’s too soon to tell, but don’t worry—I’ll keep you posted!
