Ingredients

22 Oreo cookies
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract or paste
Raspberries and blueberries
Optional: White candy coating stars

Preheat oven to 350°. Pulse cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Add butter; pulse until blended. Press mixture into a greased 9-in. tart pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Meanwhile, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 5 minutes. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Slowly beat in cream and vanilla. Microwave the gelatin mixture on high until melted, about 10 seconds; beat into the cream cheese mixture. Transfer filling to crust. Refrigerate, covered, until set, about 3 hours.

Remove tart from pan. Top with berries and, if desired, candy coating stars.
