Broccoli Fritters Tips

What can you serve with broccoli fritters?

Salsa is great for dipping, but feel free to serve them with your favorite dip or toppings. Try a dollop of sour cream and sliced green onions, Tzatziki sauce, or even spicy mayo! Broccoli fritters can make easy appetizers, a delicious breakfast with a fried egg, or the perfect side to a juicy steak or grilled chicken.

How do you store broccoli fritters?

Store cooled fritters in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To extend their freshness, freeze cooled fritters in single layers and thaw as needed. To reheat, place broccoli fritters on a greased sheet tray and bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until hot.

How else can you cook broccoli fritters?

Consider baking these fritters! To bake in a cast-iron skillet, preheat the skillet in the oven at 400°F. Once the skillet is hot, carefully remove it from the oven. Add 1 Tbsp. oil and drop the broccoli batter as directed. Place skillet in the oven and bake fritters for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. If you don’t have a cast-iron skillet, use a greased sheet tray but cook fritters longer as the pan won’t be preheated.
