One returning favorite and two brand-new Bundtlets are coming to the Nothing Bundt Cakes fall menu.
There’s something about fall that makes baking feel so creative. I own more than 10 Bundt pans, a fact that sounds entirely unreasonable during most of the year and perfectly sensible as soon as fall baking begins. This is the season when cinnamon, apples and brown sugar can make practically any dessert better—and when all those beautifully shaped pans finally start justifying their cabinet space.
Nothing Bundt Cakes appears equally ready for the change in seasons. The bakery chain just announced its fall lineup, with one returning fan favorite and two brand-new limited-time flavors arriving over the next several weeks. And at least one of them sounds capable of making my Bundt-pan collection jealous.
What are the new Nothing Bundt Cakes fall flavors?
The fall menu includes the returning Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake and two new Pop-Up Bundtlets: Galactic Brownie Cake and Apple Pie Cake.
Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake will be returning first. The spice cake has Biscoff cookie butter baked into it and drizzled over the top, plus real Biscoff cookies baked into the bottom and added on top. That’s four appearances from Biscoff, which feels tailor-made for any true fan of the popular cookie brand. The returning flavor will be available in all Bundt Cake sizes while supplies last.
The first new flavor, Galactic Brownie Cake, arrives next. The fudgy chocolate cake is topped with a smooth brownie-batter glaze and colorful, candy-coated rainbow sprinkles. It feels like a copycat Cosmic Brownie, aka, perfect for a back-to-school sweet treat. Galactic Brownie Cake is a Pop-Up flavor, so it will only be available as an individual Bundtlet.
Apple Pie Cake follows for a limited run in September. This warmly spiced Bundtlet is filled and layered with cinnamon apples, then topped with buttery brown sugar streusel. Of the three, this is the one that has my attention. I’m nearly powerless against streusel-topped recipes under ordinary circumstances; put it on an apple-filled cake, and my collection of Bundt pans won’t help me.
Apple Pie Cake is also a Pop-Up flavor available exclusively in the Bundtlet size.
How long will the Nothing Bundt Cakes fall menu be available?
The three flavors won’t be available for the same length of time, and there are gaps between some of the dates. Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake has the longest run, from August 17 through October 11. Galactic Brownie Cake will be available for two weeks, from August 24 through September 6, and Apple Pie Cake gets its own two-week window from September 14 through September 27.
All three flavors are available while supplies last at Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries nationwide. Bundtastic Rewards members will receive early access to purchase the two new Pop-Up flavors before they become available to everyone else.
