The Kish Me Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Italian sub rolls with sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 12 slices thinly sliced hard salami
- 12 slices deli pepperoni
- 12 slices capicola
- 12 slices provolone
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup pickled banana pepper slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions

1Cut rolls in half lengthwise. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom of each roll. Top with salami, pepperoni, capicola, provolone, lettuce, onion and peppers, ribboning or folding the meat and cheeses as you stack. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar; sprinkle with oregano. Replace roll tops.
