To make a copycat version of the Cheesecake Factory's Tex-Mex egg rolls, use ground chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken instead of Italian sausage. Saute the chicken, along with some chopped onion, in canola oil until tender. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, ¼ teaspoon of salt and 1 clove of minced garlic.
