Maple-Glazed Salmon
This maple-glazed salmon is special because it comes from my mom, both my children like it and it's easy to prepare. I serve this recipe with rice and broccoli. The sauce tastes great on the rice. —Danielle Rothe, Greenville, New York

What kind of maple syrup should you use to make maple-glazed salmon?
If you love sweet and savory maple syrup recipes, you probably know the best brands of syrup. Or, maybe you buy from a local farmer and have multiple grades on hand. From lightest in color and with a delicate flavor to the darkest color and intense maple flavor, the four grades are golden, amber, dark and very dark. We recommend amber or dark for this recipe for a nice balance of flavor, but golden would also work. What do you serve with maple-glazed salmon?
