In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate with avocado oil in 30-second increments until smooth. Pour over cereal mix until well coated. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets; let stand until firm, 20-30 minutes.
