Gabrielle Dillon’s Taco Ranch Phyllo Cups

Directions

   Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water; heat through.

   In a small bowl, combine ranch and lime juice until blended; set aside.

   Place phyllo cups onto a baking sheet. Fill with taco meat; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.

   Drizzle with lime ranch. Garnish as desired with green onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro.
