1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg, room temperature, lightly beaten
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli, blanched
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
