For healthy, flavorful recipes, ground turkey gets all the attention—but ground chicken is a fantastic (and cheap!) lean protein, too.

Ground chicken recipes are officially on the menu (again) this week. We turn to ground chicken time and time again for protein-rich, healthy meals that don’t blow our grocery budget. It’s lean, inexpensive and can be used in almost any recipe that calls for ground turkey or beef. That versatility is what keeps us putting a container or two in our cart every week for ground chicken burgers, lasagna, meatballs, soups, wraps and more. The list is seemingly never-ending, but we capped ours with the very best ones.
