This easy whipped goat cheese dip—made with hot honey, cream cheese and fresh herbs—is sure to become a party favorite.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Hot honey, crushed red pepper flakes and chopped roasted pistachios, for garnish
Directions
- Place goat cheese and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor; process until well-combined.
- Add hot honey, rosemary, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes; process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Transfer to a serving dish; top with hot honey, red pepper flakes and pistachios. Serve with pita chips, raw vegetables or crackers for dipping.
