Whipped Goat Cheese Dip

This easy whipped goat cheese dip—made with hot honey, cream cheese and fresh herbs—is sure to become a party favorite.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Hot honey, crushed red pepper flakes and chopped roasted pistachios, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place goat cheese and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor; process until well-combined.
  2. Add hot honey, rosemary, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes; process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish; top with hot honey, red pepper flakes and pistachios. Serve with pita chips, raw vegetables or crackers for dipping.
