No time for yeasted dough? This two-ingredient pizza dough takes 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- TOPPINGS:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500°.
- In a large bowl, stir together flour and Greek yogurt until it forms a shaggy dough ball. Transfer to a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic. Add more flour as needed to prevent the dough from sticking.
- Press the dough into a 12-in. circle; transfer to a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
- To make the garlic butter, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, 30-60 seconds. Brush onto the pizza dough, starting with the edges, fully covering the entire pizza. Spread the pizza sauce in an even layer. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and toppings, as desired.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Transfer to a large cutting board to cool; slice to serve.
