No time for yeasted dough? This two-ingredient pizza dough takes 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • TOPPINGS:
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together flour and Greek yogurt until it forms a shaggy dough ball. Transfer to a lightly floured surface; knead 8-10 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic. Add more flour as needed to prevent the dough from sticking.
  3. Press the dough into a 12-in. circle; transfer to a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
  4. To make the garlic butter, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, 30-60 seconds. Brush onto the pizza dough, starting with the edges, fully covering the entire pizza. Spread the pizza sauce in an even layer. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and toppings, as desired.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Transfer to a large cutting board to cool; slice to serve.
