Raspberry Jam

Turn a few simple ingredients into raspberry jam you can store in the fridge or freezer. Trust us: You'll want to spread it on everything.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a stockpot, combine raspberries, sugar, water and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until mixture reaches a thick, spreadable consistency.
  2. Pour into jars or freezer containers, leaving 1/2-in. headspace. Cover and let stand overnight or until set, but not longer than 24 hours. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 12 months.
