My daughter loves salmon. It's one of her favorite foods. She also really likes spicy things, so I decided to brush the salmon filets with hot honey one evening when fixing dinner. I usually prefer other types of fish, but the salmon was so delicious that now, I eat it a couple of times a month. —Donna Gribbins, Shelbyville, Kentucky
