Yield 4 servings
Baked Greek fries have a Mediterranean-inspired twist from lemon, oregano and feta.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1/2-in. wedges
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup refrigerated tzatziki sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine potatoes and oil in a large bowl; toss to coat. Place on a parchment-lined 15x10x1-in. pan. Spritz with cooking spray. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes. Immediately squeeze lemon juice over hot fries, and sprinkle with seasoned salt and oregano. Top with crumbled feta. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
  2. Air-Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°. Combine potatoes and oil in a large bowl; toss to coat. In batches, place potatoes in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until crisp and golden brown, 15-17 minutes, stirring and turning every 5-7 minutes. Immediately squeeze lemon juice over hot fries, and sprinkle with seasoned salt and oregano. Top with crumbled feta. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
