Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1-1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture and mix well.
  2. With wet hands, press half the dough into a foil-lined 13x9-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over chips. Press remaining half of dough over top (wet or greased hands may be helpful).
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars to serve.
