I saw a recipe for pickled blackberries that were on a green salad. I made the recipe and thought, why wouldn't this just work for fruit in general. Several trials proved that it was good for fruits in general; it was especially yummy with fleshy fruits like peaches, nectarines and berries—which is how this blackberry peach salad recipe was created. The dressing is so scrumptious! —Carolyn Eskew-Poe, Hillsboro, Ohio
