These easy crab rangoon nachos are piled high with wonton chips, imitation crab meat, cream cheese sauce and sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 green onions, finely sliced, divided
  • 8 ounces imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • Sesame seeds and chili crunch, for garnish, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Divide two tablespoons of olive oil between two half-sheet pans, brushing evenly over the surface. Cut the wonton wrappers diagonally in half, then arrange them on the sheet pans in a single layer. Brush the tops with the remaining olive oil. Bake until golden brown and crisp, 6-8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, over medium-low heat, heat the cream cheese, milk, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and garlic powder until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in half the green onions.
  3. Place wontons onto serving tray. Dollop cream cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle with crab meat; drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Garnish with remaining green onions, and sesame seeds and chili crisp, as desired.
