Spice up breakfast or lunch with chili crisp eggs. Quick, saucy and packed with balanced umami and spice, these eggs are perfect over rice, toast or noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili crisp sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: Chopped green onions, toasted sesame seeds and hot cooked rice
Directions
- Crack each egg into a small bowl or ramekin. Heat chili crisp and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour eggs into the skillet; season with salt. Cover; reduce heat to medium-low, cook 2-3 minutes or until whites are fully set and yolks are runny. If desired, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve with hot cooked rice.
